Report credits: how they work and how to buy more

Report credits are simple: one credit runs one full report.

What your plan includes

The platform plan includes one report credit each month. Virtual Buyer runs are not metered and do not use credits, so you can run your buyers as often as you like.

Buying extra credits

Need to run more reports this month? Buy extra credits in the app for $10 each. They are available right after purchase.

If purchased credits do not appear

Credits should show in your account within a few minutes of purchase. If they have not appeared, log out and back in first. If they are still missing, email care@aitrustsignals.com with your receipt and we will add them directly.

Credits in workspaces

If your account has more than one workspace, credits are shared across them from one pool. Anyone in the workspace can see the remaining balance next to the company name in the sidebar.
