By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

AITrustSignals.com provides a platform to help businesses and brand owners measure and improve their brand's trust and authority in the context of AI-driven search and discovery (the "AI Answer Economy"). The Service includes:

• Free Analysis: A publicly available tool that allows users to enter a website URL to receive a top-level AI Trust Score.
• Free Report: Upon registration of a free user account, users can view and save a more detailed report, including their Answer Rank Authority Score (AAS) and a Trust Signal Scorecard.
• Paid Subscriptions: A premium, recurring subscription service that provides in-depth, model-by-model analysis (for platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini), historical data tracking, and a premium newsletter with strategic insights.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, such as saving your free report or purchasing a Paid Subscription, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Paid Subscriptions and Payment

• Billing: We offer Paid Subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees, which will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your Paid Subscription at any time through your account's billing management portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.
• Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new amount.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, including but not limited to the AITrustSignals name and logo, the concepts of "Trust Signals" and "Answer Rank Authority Score," our proprietary scoring algorithms, methodologies, reports, text, graphics, and software, are and will remain the exclusive property of SVRN Enterprises, LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SVRN Enterprises, LLC.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the business information and website URLs you provide solely for the purpose of generating reports and providing the Service to you.

5. Prohibited Uses

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• For the purpose of creating a competitive product or service.
• To reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or proprietary algorithms of our scoring systems.
• To resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute our reports or data without our express written permission.
• In any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing use of the Service or, for paid subscribers, by canceling your subscription.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. The scores and analysis provided are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of future business outcomes, search engine rankings, or AI model performance. The AI landscape is volatile, and our analysis represents a snapshot in time.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SVRN Enterprises, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
