Refund Policy for AITrustSignals.com

This Refund Policy explains when we refund a charge from AITrustSignals.com. It is part of our Terms of Service and should be read with them. If this policy and the Terms ever conflict, the Terms control. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. "We", "us", and "our" mean The AI Authority Company Inc., doing business as AI Trust Signals.

1. Charges after a confirmed cancellation

Cancellation stops all future charges. If you are charged after a confirmed cancellation, we will always refund that charge in full. Reply to your cancellation email or write to care@aitrustsignals.com with the date and amount, and we will take care of it.

2. Free trial

If you cancel during your free trial, you pay nothing. A card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the plan price when it ends and your subscription renews automatically. We email you a reminder before the trial ends so the charge is never a surprise. If you are charged when the trial ends and did not mean to continue, see the goodwill refund in Section 3.

You can cancel at any time in Settings, under Billing. Your access continues through the end of the trial.

3. Goodwill refund

If you are charged when your free trial ends, or when your subscription renews (monthly or annual), and you did not mean to continue, email care@aitrustsignals.com within 10 business days of the charge. We will refund that charge in full and cancel the subscription. When we issue a goodwill refund, your subscription is cancelled immediately and your access to paid features ends at that time. It does not matter whether you used the service. This refund is available once per account.

4. Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

We do not refund partial billing periods, except for the goodwill refund in Section 3, as provided in our Terms of Service or where the law requires it.

5. Annual subscriptions

You can cancel an annual subscription at any time. Your access continues through the end of the paid term. We do not refund the unused remainder of the term, except for the goodwill refund in Section 3 and in these cases:

• Where the law requires a prorated refund.
• If we terminate your paid subscription without cause, as described in the Termination section of the Terms of Service.
• If you cancel after we notify you of a fee increase and the law entitles you to a prorated refund, as described in the Paid Subscriptions section of the Terms of Service.

6. Reporting Credits and credit top-ups

Reporting Credits and credit top-ups are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. They have no cash value.

If credits you purchased do not appear in your account within a few minutes, log out and back in. If they are still missing, email care@aitrustsignals.com with your receipt and we will add them to your account.

7. Billing problems and disputes

If you think you were charged in error, email care@aitrustsignals.com within 60 days of the charge, with the date and amount. We will trace it and make it right. Please write to us before you dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. A dispute can freeze your account, and we can usually fix a mistake faster directly.

8. Everything else

If your situation is not covered above, including a charge outside the goodwill refund window in Section 3, write to us. A real person will review your case on its own facts, one by one. We would rather be fair than technical about it.

9. How refunds are paid

We return approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes for the refund to appear on your statement.
