Set up your first Virtual Buyer

This guide walks you through creating a Virtual Buyer and running your first analysis.

Steps

1. Open Virtual Buyer in the sidebar.
2. Pick a suggested buyer or create your own. We suggest personas based on your website, so most owners find a close match ready to go.
3. Review the questions. We generate the questions real buyers ask across five areas: cost, problems, comparisons, reviews, and best in class. Edit any of them or add your own.
4. Click "Run analysis."

Results arrive in minutes. You can run the same buyer again anytime, as often as you like.

Tips for a realistic buyer

Make the buyer specific. "Homeowner in Tulsa who needs a furnace fixed fast" beats "someone who needs HVAC." The more your Virtual Buyer sounds like a real customer, the more useful the readout.
