Approvals

You approve the plan before we touch anything, and you approve anything customer-facing before it goes live. We make this fast: plain-language summaries, not documents to decode.

Access

We will ask for access to the places the work happens, typically your website and your key business listings. We tell you exactly what we need and why, and you can revoke access when the engagement ends.

Your knowledge

The Authority tier work answers real buyer questions about costs, problems, and comparisons. Nobody knows those answers like you do. Expect a few short conversations where we pull that knowledge out of your head and put it to work.

Your time, in total

A kickoff conversation, brief approvals along the way, and the final walkthrough. Most owners spend a few hours across the whole engagement.
