Your Workbench looks empty

If you open the Workbench and see nothing, this article explains why and how to fix it.

The usual cause: no completed report yet

The Workbench is built from your report. Until your first report finishes, there is nothing to fill it with. If your report is still running, give it a few minutes. Your fix-it list appears as soon as the report lands.

No report credits used yet

If you have not run a report at all, run one first. Go to your Dashboard and click "New report." Your fix-it list builds itself from the results.

Your trial or subscription ended

On the free state after a trial or cancellation, you can see your action names, but the step-by-step guidance is locked. Restart your subscription to unlock it. Your history is saved, so nothing is lost.

Still empty after a completed report?

That is not right. Email care@aitrustsignals.com with your account email, and a real person will look at your report directly by the end of the next business day.
