Cancel your subscription

You can cancel anytime, in three clicks. No calls, no hoops.

Steps

1. Go to Settings, then Billing.
2. Click through to our billing portal, which is run by Stripe, our payment provider. It signs you in with the email on your account.
3. Click "Cancel subscription" and confirm.

You will get an email confirming the cancellation. Keep it for your records.

What happens after you cancel

Your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to the free state: you keep your score history in read-only mode, and you can restart anytime without losing it.

Refunds

Cancellation stops all future charges. If you are ever charged after a confirmed cancellation, reply to your cancellation email or write to care@aitrustsignals.com and we will refund it. For anything else, write to us and a real person will look at your situation. We would rather be fair than technical about it.
