Recognizing our charge on your card statement

Not sure a charge on your statement is from us? Here is how to recognize it.

Current charges appear as AI Trust Signals on your card statement and receipts. If you have been with us a while, older receipts and statements may show The AI Authority Company instead. That is the same company, us, before the statement name was updated.

How to verify the charge

The amount will match your plan: $25 monthly, $250 yearly, extra report credits at $10 each, or a Done For You payment. The receipt email also arrives from our billing address.

If the charge still looks wrong

If the amount does not match your plan, or you believe you canceled before the charge, email care@aitrustsignals.com with the date and amount. We will trace it and make it right. Please write to us before disputing the charge with your bank, because a dispute freezes the account while we could have simply refunded you.
