Delete your account and data

Leaving? Here is how to close your account and what happens to your data.

Before you delete

Deleting your account removes your score history, reports, and Virtual Buyers permanently. If you might come back, cancel your subscription instead. Cancellation keeps your history in read-only mode at no charge, and you can pick up where you left off.

Steps

1. Cancel your subscription first in Settings, then Billing.
2. Email care@aitrustsignals.com from the email on the account and ask us to delete it.
3. We confirm the deletion by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

Your account, reports, score history, and Virtual Buyer data are removed. Billing records are retained only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
