Why your score changes between reports

Did your score move and you are not sure why? Here is how to read it.

AI answers are not fixed

Every report asks the AI models fresh questions, the same way your buyers do. AI answers vary a little between runs, even when nothing about your business changed. A swing of a few points in either direction is normal.

What to watch instead

The trend over months matters more than any single report. If your score climbs across three reports, your fixes are landing. If it declines across three reports, something changed: a competitor stepped up, a listing broke, or content went stale.

When a drop is worth investigating

A large sudden drop usually has a cause you can find. Open the report, compare which signals changed against last month, and read the AI's own words on the signals that fell. The Workbench will reprioritize your fixes automatically.
